Miami, FL --- After 13 weeks of intense competition, brutal racing, controversey, and emotion, the 6th season of the Mountain Dew Truck Series will come to a close Monday night at Homestead.

Championship Chase

Darlington, SC -- After nearly 3 months of racing the MDTS trophy will be handed out either at Darlington or Homestead. Points leader Zach Michael hold a 23 point lead over John Battisa.

In order to win the championship, Zach must maintain at least an 18 point gap going into Homestead. To do so, a 9th place finish or better at Darlington will clinch the championship no matter what.

Newton, IA --- Now only 5 rounds remain in the 2012 Fall MDTS season. Three drivers have a mathematical shot at the title, but that may not remain for long.

Battista Leaves MadDodge Racing

Sandusky, OH --- In a shocking annoucement John Battista has announced that he has left MadDodge Racing. Battista cited "Personal differences with the team" as the reason why he wanted to leave.
